Basic Childbirth Education Course- $50

I believe education is vital to having an empowered birth experience. I offer a private or group childbirth education class. We will spend some time looking at the stages of labor, your body and your baby during labor, how partners can help, and how you can advocate for yourself, we will also go through comfort measures and techniques to use during labor and birth.
